Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any issues with your order, we offer return and refund solutions under the following conditions:

• Defective or damaged products: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product.
• Order errors: If you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
• Returns: For hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept returns of used or opened products . Only unopened products in their original packaging will be accepted for return within 30 days of delivery .
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the product has been received and inspected. Refund times may vary depending on the payment method used.
